Balls are shipped uninflated and include a small hand-held pump. We recommend our Deluxe Ball Pump for easier and quicker inflation of the exercise balls.

This Hugger Mugger Tapas Mat provides a stable, safe, non-slip surface for your hands and feet during yoga practice. It offers insulation from hard floors and defines your space. It can be rolled easily for carrying and storage.
We recommend you wash your mat prior to first use. New mats may have a slight oily residue left over from the manufacturing process. You can remove the residue by wiping the mat lightly with a diluted solution of soap and water. Allow mat to air dry completely before storage or use.
To Clean Mat: Wash after each use. Air dry.
